Are You Unknowingly Making Your Anxiety Worse?
You try so hard to manage your anxiety. And many of the strategies you have tried likely do help you feel better in the short-term. However, it may surprise you that some, if not many, of the things you are doing to manage or get rid of anxiety may actually be feeding it - making it worse over time!
This screening scorecard has been developed to quickly assess your relationship with anxiety and determine how likely it is that you are unintentionally feeding your anxiety.
In just five to ten minutes, and for a third of the cost of a therapy session, you will generate a personalized result that will identify the main ways that you may be making anxiety worse, and customized recommendations of things you can do today to stop feeding anxiety so you can get on with your life with less stress and more peace.
After you take this screening and apply your results, it is still recommended that you work with a therapist (especially one who specializes in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) if possible. This will enable you to move beyond the basics provided with your screening results, and learn the full array of new mindsets, tools and skills available to you to ensure your success in dealing better with anxiety.
