I am also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), which is a proven approach to treating trauma, anxiety, and a number of other issues; and HeartMath, a biofeedback approach that can help you improve your nervous system resilience and retrain your nervous system to operate more in a "coherent" state where you are calm, focused, able to connect and communicate well with others. I offer EMDR and HeartMath as components of ongoing therapy with me, or as a stand-alone, focused and brief intervention on its own or as an adjunct to therapy you are receiving with another professional.

I am also a trained Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes the ketamine, & supports us in monitoring outcomes.
